It’s easy to say that we specialize in quality, service, and reliable technology—most court reporting agencies do. But it isn’t what we say that lifts us up above other firms; it’s the way we fulfill those claims in concrete, palpable ways.

At LNS, we have built a habit of excellence, and our commitment to you includes building your confidence every step of the way. Here are some of the things we do to make sure you know you made the right choice:

• We employ a three-check system to make sure that everything is arranged the way you want it. First, our scheduling coordinator will repeat your request back to you orally at the time you call the schedule. Later that day, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information as it has been entered into our system. Finally, the day before the deposition, we will call to confirm one more time to make sure everyone is on the same page.

• We assign you the same reporter whenever possible, so you have someone you’re comfortable with who is familiar with your working style. We’re there to ease your stress, not contribute to it.

• Unlike many agencies, we send all of our transcripts through a proofreader, who not only corrects for consistent spelling and punctuation, but also compares the transcript to the audio to provide one more safeguard for accuracy.

• We know that you don’t have time to struggle with complicated, unfamiliar technology, so we have taken great pains to ensure that our technology is not only impressive, but also simple to use and extremely reliable. We also have in-house support staff to answer any questions you may have.

• We check in with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Have you been getting your transcripts as ordered? Were the reporters professional and friendly? Is there anything else we could do to be helpful? Let us know; your needs are our priority.
